With a passion for enhancing natural beauty, I’ve built my career in the beauty industry through years of hands-on experience at top salons like Modern Urban Designers Hair Studio.
I founded Pretty & Pout Collective as a space where women can feel empowered, radiant, and truly themselves.

I'm a 22-year-old junior stylist at The Pretty & Pout Collective in Sherwood Park.
I completed the Beauty Culture Program at Est-Elle Academy of Hair Design in Edmonton, where I built a strong foundation in both technique and creativity within the hair industry.
My favourite services are all things blonde — from highlights and global blondes to balayage.
I also love creating lived-in colours and working with extensions to help clients feel confident and glowing.
I’m so excited for this journey and can’t wait to welcome you into my chair!

Hi, I’m Melissa — the owner of Con Amor Melissa, and a Lash Artist, Skin Care Specialist, and Makeup Artist with 17 years of experience in the beauty and skincare industry.
Over the years, I’ve worked both independently and with Mary Kay Canada, where I was honoured to receive multiple awards, including Rookie of the Year and ranking #2 in Canada. That season of my career shaped my passion for excellence, education, and truly understanding each client’s individual beauty.
For the past four years, I’ve specialized in lash artistry — and precision is everything to me. I’m a perfectionist at heart, and I truly believe no two lash sets should ever be the same. Every client’s eyes, face shape, and features are unique, which means every set I create is fully customized.
Whether you’re looking for something soft and natural, bold volume, or even anime-inspired lashes, I take the time to consult with you, understand the look you’re envisioning, and make thoughtful adjustments that enhance your features and elevate the final result.
My favourite part of what I do is designing lashes that feel completely personalized — and watching my clients leave feeling confident and beautiful.
Outside of the studio, I’m a proud boy mom to two sons who are my absolute world.
